Arsenal winning an FA Cup at any time is bad enough, but their victory over Chelsea on Saturday had a significant impact on Jose Mourinho’s plans at the beginning of next season.

As we reported yesterday, Arsenal’s win means that Tottenham now face three one-legged qualifiers in order to reach the Europa League group stage. Whereas, a win for Frank Lampard’s men would have earned Spurs an automatic place in the groups – with Wolves having to go through the grueling qualifying campaign, starting at the second round.

Tottenham’s first match is expected to take on 17 September, which is just five days after Mourinho’s side begin their Premier League season.

And ESPN’s Dale Johnson has revealed some of Tottenham’s possible opponents for their opening qualifying match – and it’s safe to say that Spurs will be strong favourites.

Take a look at the list below – which includes sides from the likes of San Marino, Gibraltar and Azerbaijan.
