Jadon Sancho can hit great heights so long as he keeps his feet on the ground as the hype in England continues to build, according to Borussia Dortmund team-mate Thomas Delaney.

“Jadon is a big, big talent and with talent comes opportunity and he has them for sure.

Sancho, 18, returns to his home city with the Bundesliga leaders on Wednesday night as they face Tottenham in the Champions League last-16 first leg.

“He hasn't told us much,” Delaney added.

The spotlight will be fixed firmly on Sancho tomorrow night, and midfielder Delaney will continue to keep him grounded as fans and media dare to dream.

“I was expecting this question, [the] first question in English comes about Jadon,” the Danish international joked as he faced the media at Wembley on Tuesday night.

Dortmund have been hit by a flu virus in recent weeks while talisman Marco Reus is also missing, but manager Lucien Favre insists Tottenham would have been a tough opponent regardless of the fitness of either side.
