Although, with the talk intensifying over Pochettino being cut from his role, the names being linked with a move to The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium are certainly interesting, and we’ve taken a look to see who really is the best man for the job given the list of candidates.

Tottenham fans will be bombarded with stories over the next few weeks, and until their side picks up form again, that Mauricio Pochettino could be on his way out and other managers fancy his job.

Of course, Pochettino has not been sacked and there are no guarantees that Howe would leave the Cherries to take charge of the Lilywhites, but if it comes down to it, the way Howe has been going at Dean Court, averaging 1.49 points per game from his 323 games is mightily impressive.

Howe has now been a Premier League manager for four seasons, having taken charge of Bournemouth when they were in League One in 2012 and taking the Cherries to the Premier League.

The way that Howe works, and if he were to get the Spurs job the way he would come into it, is very similar to Pochettino.

For us at Vital Spurs, it’s Eddie Howe, and before you jump to the comments to laugh at us, just have a listen.

The Argentine had a long-term plan when he took the reigns at Tottenham and has executed it brilliantly, and a similar approach should be taken with Eddie Howe.
