On July 14th 2017, Spurs announced that they had reached an agreement with Manchester City for the transfer of Kyle Walker.

Sadly, on the 14th of July 2017, Spurs sold Kyle Walker to Manchester City for a reported £50 million.

Walker will go down as arguably one of the best full-backs to have ever set foot at White Hart Lane, as he gave fans plenty of happy memories with his electrifying pace and long-range strikes, as well as bringing their defence on leaps and bounds, which helped Spurs’ transformation under Mauricio Pochettino.

Kyle Walker made his debut for Tottenham on the 27th of March 2010 against Portsmouth, but he was then sent out on loan to a number of clubs before establishing himself as a hero at White Hart Lane.

The Englishman was loaned back to Sheffield United for the duration of the 2009-10 season, but he was later called back by Spurs and made his debut for the North London club on the 27th of March 2010.

And, the defender became the youngest Sheffield United player to ever play at Wembley Stadium at the time when they faced Burnley in the play-off final.

Kyle Walker started his career at Sheffield United and made a name for himself at right-back in the absence of a couple of injured players, which really helped his career take off.
