Former Manchester United defender Gary Neville has major doubts over Arsenal goalkeeper Bernd Leno following his performance against Tottenham earlier this month.

The German came in for intense criticism for his display in the first north London derby of the season, which ended in a 2-2 draw.

Leno was at fault for the opening goal of the game in the tenth minute, palming a tame shot from Erik Lamela into the path of Christian Eriksen.

Neville has yet to be impressed by Leno, who he believes is a potential weak link for the Gunners.

"We talked about the goalkeeper, Bernd Leno's mistake," Neville said in his Sky Sports column.

Leno believes he 'did a very good job' against Spurs but admits he was at fault for the first goal.

Leno and his Arsenal team-mates will be back in action on Sunday afternoon, travelling to Vicarage Road to take on Watford.
