Former Tottenham Hotspur striker Gary Lineker has taken a sly dig at Jose Mourinho.
And Lineker was at it again when he tweeted after the game about Mourinho's return to Old Trafford.
After being sacked by Manchester United almost 12 months ago, all eyes were on the Portuguese boss as he made his comeback in Manchester.
It turned out to be a first defeat as Tottenham boss for Mourinho, as a Marcus Rashford brace condemned Spurs to a 2-1 defeat to Manchester United, despite a brilliant goal from Dele Alli.
The Spurs head coach returned to Old Trafford on Wednesday night trying to protect his 100 per cent record since returning to management last month.
Writing on Twitter, he said: "Mourinho's struggles at Old Trafford continue."
While neither James nor the Tottenham boss were injured, Lineker made fun of the situation.
