Ryan Sessegnon has yet to play a single minute of football since joining Tottenham from Fulham over the summer, but the 19-year-old could return from injury ahead of Spurs’ meeting with Crystal Palace on Saturday.

Alasdair Gold of Football.London recently said: “Ryan Sessegnon is hopefully on the way back.

As per Premier Injuries, Sessegnon has been out of action since early August with a thigh injury and was ruled out for up to four weeks.

They’ll be favourites to beat Palace, but whether Sessegnon will play a part in the side remains to be seen.

Tottenham have more than enough options at left-back and in midfield to offset the loss of Sessegnon, so he may be eased back into the first-team.

His return has been estimated for this weekend, but time will tell if he makes the matchday squad.

Tottenham are ninth in the Premier League table with seven points from four games and are already seven adrift of leaders Liverpool.
