The Lilywhites bounced back from their defeat at the Emirates with a 3-1 victory over Southampton, while their London rivals dropped points at Wolves and Manchester United respectively.

With Mauricio Pochettino's side once again hoping to come out as the capital's top club come May, they do need results to go in their favour if they are to catch Man City and Liverpool at the top of the league.

The Premier League champions currently lead Spurs by eight points, with Jurgen Klopp's side having a six-point advantage over the team after 15 games.

"When you talk about Liverpool, you talk about Salah being able to play in that centre-forward position, you talk about Manchester City, you talk about Sterling being able to play the false nine, you talk about Jesus being able to go in there, but it would be very difficult for Tottenham to line up with Harry Kane in the team in any other position than what he’s playing.
